MANILA - US President Donald Trump on Sunday misspelled "Philippines" ahead of his visit to Manila for a summit of Asia Pacific leaders.
"Will be doing a joint press conference in Hanoi, Vietnam then heading for final destination of trip, the Phillipines," Trump wrote on his official Twitter account at 7:35 a.m.
The error has yet to be corrected as of this posting.

The real estate mogul and reality television star had in the past made spelling mistakes on Twitter, where he has 42.4 million followers.
In January, Trump missed the "h" in British Prime Minister Theresa May's first name. In May, he punctuated one post with the word "covfefe."
