My Entry of Food Delicasies & Dishes for Steemph.Antipolo-Adobong Bundok (Liver Chicken & Gizzard)

This is my first entry for Featuring-Antipolo Foods & Delicasies Contest. Tonight, I cooked one of my favorite Adobo Dishes which is Adobong Bundok also known here in Antipolo as Adobong Atay ng Manok at Batikulon... This is one of the dishes known here in Antipolo City Rizal. We had a lots of Delicasies here,some of them are Suman sa Ibos,Kalamay,Mangga at Kasuy! But I thought,it was all common here in Antipolo. So I decided to make a "Dishes" that certified Antipolo too!

I am going to share to you Guys how I cook the Adobong Atay ng Manok at Batikulon...
These are the Ingredients of my version of Adobo and the Steps how I cook it:

Ingredients:

Gizzard

Liver Chicken

Onion
Garlic
Bay Leaf (Laurel)
Pepercorn
Chillies

Cooking Oil

Soy Sauce
Vinegar

My Procedure:
1.) First, put the cooking oil in the pan. Fry the Gizzard and Liver Chicken. Set aside.
2.) In the same pan,saute garlic,onion,peppercorn and bay leaf then add the Gizzard and Liver Chicken.
3.) Add the soys sauce and the vinegar,make sure don't stir it until it's not boiling.
4.) When boiling,you can add water depends on you. Boil it until the gizzard is tender and the sauce absorbs of the meat.

5.) Add some chillies depends on you! Serve it with garlic rice!
