MARVEL CHARACTERS
We went to Dubai Outlet Mall, my first time since I came here last 2008 and found this COMICAVE, the world's largest comic and collectibles store. Since we don't have the money to buy for these collectibles, we just feast our eyes with these life-sized and larger than life figurines of Marvel, Warner Brothers, Disney, Sanrio, and Transformers. I took a picture of the first 2 favorites in the Transformers movie, the great Optimus Prime and Bumblebee with its price of a jaw-dropping 12,000 AED (3,270.00 USD) and 8,000 AED (2,180.00 USD) respectively.
Seriously, who would like to buy that?
That's the first question I asked my husband but a few seconds later, a couple in their lates 50s or early 60s were actually checking out these figurines to add to their collections. I enjoyed every collectible they sell and display but the Marvel really got my attention. While my husband was enjoying himself with Justice League figurines, I enjoyed taking pictures of the Marvel characters too. My husband is a certified Kryptonian. Haha! He really loves Superman, leader of the Justice League that he collects very affordable superman collectibles. He even got Superman designs of curtains, bedsheets, our comforter. Head supports, displays and stickers and stuffed Superman toy in his car. So I apologized for not many taking pictures of other collectibles other than of the Marvel.
