some end up raping others, harassment (and other crimes) or treating their wives/ girlfriends like objects or sex toys.
and guess what, no body cares to stop/regulate it. but when they become victims, thats the only time they respond to this social dilemma.
people are not animals. people have been given a higher capacity. to act like uncontrolled animals is just beneath human reason.
