Yahoo finally I am able to crossout from my bucketlist two things -kayaking and wakeboarding. In Sugba Blue Lagoon,Siargao despite the drizzle I was able to try my hands on both. I was ecstatic. IMG_20190504_095357.jpg

As you an see I even attempted to do some yoga pose. Kudos to me!.

Between the two, I prefer wakeboarding as it requires you to stand and to slowly transfer from one point to another. In a way it serves as an exercise as well as a time out to reflect on things that really matters .IMG_20190430_132442.jpg
Since our tour package requires two pax per kayak I didn't get to maneuver it as much. Yet it was enjoyable to paddle through the blue green water in our beautifullu colored kayaks. See my grin and I'm sure you get my pointIMG_20190501_170902.jpg

I wonder how much the boards cost? I wonder if it would be an essential emergency item in the future with impending flood that comes with the climate change ?

To be honest, wakeboarding is easier than biking because you will fall into water than get black and blue bruises from cycling so I'm pretty sure the paddling technique can be taught to anyone. No rocket science needed.IMG_20190505_023345.jpg

To be honest, this way of transport is nothing new to us FIlipinos as we used long before colonization bamboo floats which works roughly like the wakeboard.

So yeah I encourage you to learn it as it might just save you from trouble.
