Beautiful message <3 thank you for sharing your thoughts. I also worked as CS for five years and had to deal with that kind of attitude. Sometimes I handled it well, other times it did not go so well :D
Thank you for the comment! Well, we always have downtimes. It's normal. They don't expect us to be ok all the times. We're the shock absorber. It's tough!
