Ok, I now understand the motivation for the Tagalog posts. But coming from a Cebuano, I can't read and write in Tagalog well, even though I studied in Manila for 6 years. I would also guess the more geeky Filipinos which would be the early adopters in steemit would be more comfortable with English. If you check the Philippines subreddit, most comments are in English there too.
Okay lang yan, for as long as we use this platform regularly, and we invites more Pinoys to use this blogging platform, at para na din makabawas na tayo sa overcrowded ng Facebook.
