Ang ukoy ay isa sa mga pagkain pinoy na hinahaphanap ko. Ang Ukoy ay pagkaing gawa sa maliliit na hipon. Simple lang itong lutoin at madali lang, ihalo lang ang lahat na mga sangkap sa iisang bowl ang harina, itlog, asin, spring onion at syempre ang mga hipon. At pritohin mo sa mahinang apoy at iwasan wag ma overcook ang ukoy. At tapos na ang iyong napakasarap na ukoy at gumawa lang ng sawsawan na gawa sa suka at patis pwede din may sili kung gusto mong maanghang ito.
