in #philippines6 years ago (edited)

Life in the Philippines not as easy as we think. Only a few percentage are lucky enough that belongs to the upper class. For me there is no middle class. The biggest percentage are considered as low income class.

While i was in Oslob i noticed this guy having a small cart costumized with cooking facilities. This mobile cooking equipment is designed to fry a popular street food called tempura.

This man is making a living by selling tempura moving around frim place to place such as parking lots, schools and parks where people and potential customers are abundant.

I really admire his perseverance to cope up with the hardships in life and make a good fight against poverty. Selling a few dozens of tempura is good enough for him to eat a descent meal and look forward for another day.
