Eat a lot of meat
Eating a lot of meat can make your body buff because of protein it contains but of course with proper exercise.
I have a fat belly and i am eradicating it of course to look good and to feel good. Being physically fit can not just make us look beautiful or handsome in eyes of everyone but also to make our health better.
One source of protein that is affordable is egg. Eggs are very convenient. Usually I eat two or more eggs every morning and port or chicken in the afternoon with also side dishes of vegetables for the vitamins and minerals it contains. I am now making my body less fat more and muscles also because I feel a lot heavier than before which makes me a lot lazier.
