TORTANG TALONG NA MAY GINILING (CAKE LIKE EGGPLANT WITH GROUND PORK)

Good morning guys, I want to share another dish today that I just cooked. It is called tortang talong na may giniling in our own dialect. Torta is Spanish word of cake and talong is eggplant and giniling na karne is ground pork. So, I'll just call this cake like eggplant with ground pork and I'm gonna share it to you on how to cook it.

ingredients:

egg
eggplant
groundpork
onion and garlic
cooking oil
salt and pepper

procedure:

make boiling water and put the eggplant until it becomes tender
get the eggplant and peel the eggplant's skin
mix the beaten egg, ground pork and sliced onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper
put the eggplant in it
heat pan and put the cooking oil
then deep fry the eggplant that is dipped in your mix

after that, it is now ready to be served.
