Ito ang paksiw na isda. Ito ang klase ng pagluluto na linalagyan ng suka at iba pang pampa asim ang isda para matagal ito mapanis. Linalagyan din ito ng sili para magkaroon ng kunting anghan at mantika para maging mas malasa ito. Masarap ito kainin lalo na pag gabi. Pinaka masarap nito ay ang sabaw. Paborito ko rin itong kainin.
