BAS-OY (PORK MEAT AND LIVER SOUP WITH BLOOD SOUP)
Hi guys, This afternoon I'm gonna share to you this one of a kind exotic food that is famous here in the Philippines. It called "bas-oy" "binas-oy" which is consist of pig inner parts such as liver, intestines and a little bit of pork meat and the thing that makes its soup dark is blood. I often see this dish during fiestas where people cook it first after they kill and clean up the pig for the people to eat. Often times they put so a lot of water for this dish because the soup is the one that makes this dish tasty.
