Davao Experience: Isla Reta Escapade

Isla Reta Beach Resort is located at Talikud Island, a nearby island at the Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte. It is very famous for its untouched sea kingdom. A diver’s paradise indeed! One will have a one of a kind diving sensation as they plunge into the depths of its crystal clear waters.

Before going directly to Talikud Island, we happened to stay for nights at Fernandez Beach Resorts located at Penaplata, Island Garden City of Samal. And get the chance to experience nature’s bounty plus the alluring spots around the resort. This resort is a thumb’s up for their hospitable accommodation and friendly cost at all sorts.

After which, we traveled for an hour to reach the Kaputian Ferry Boat Port. Kaputian is located at the southern most part of Samal. As the name implies, it boasts of clear, blue waters and white sands. Just a 15-minute boat ride, we finally reached the Talicud Island’s famous ISLA RETA BEACH RESORT.

Isla Reta Beach Resort takes pride with the natural corals that pops up anywhere beside its shores. Walking along the sea shore is quite a peaceful moment but I bet sea urchins will spoil your moment since they are just around the corner unnoticeably wailing their stings. So if you plan to walk around the shore, wear your slippers to refrain sea urchin’s sting.

Isla Reta Beach Resort is a good place to visit when you want to be one with nature since it’s a less developed resort. It has offered variety of unique services as well as adventure sports to make your next escapade more fun.
