Uhm, d ko po gets. Gagamitin yung Philippines tag, tpos yung top 20 n may most number of comments s isang post yun ang may prize?

First tag dapat, from the top 20 I pick a top three may coressponding upvote yun then points, kapag nakapag accumulate ka ng points dun ka makakakuha ng parte sa reward pool :).
Pero once na nasa top 20 naman yung post mo sure na may 15% upvote yung post galing sa akin worth $0.10 at the moment. The top 20 editions occur every 3 days. :)
