DRIED FISH(BULAD)
This is what we call dried fish in the Philippines. This image is taken by me after my Mom cooked it. Dried fish it to preserve the food so that it will not spoil easy by putting many salt in it and drying it into the heat of the sun. Maybe it is the way of our ancestors on preserving their food and we just adopted it. Dried fish is perfect if you got vinegar as your sauce. That is all guys. Thank you and God bless.
