ITangalan Aklan | Gateway to Boracay

This is where we went for the photoshoot of my two friends for their wedding and our fellow Aklanon’s because it was really beautyful in Tangalan. It has a uphill place that the huge sea can be seen, a green grasses and trees.

The Tangalan is one of the municipalities in the province of Aklan lying 19 kilometers northeast of Kalibo where I leave it is the capital town of the province of Aklan. The Tangalan has its Marine Sanctuary covers 375 hectares of marine ecosystem and a 10 hectares coral garden.Tangalan has a Jwili Beach with white sands and crystal clear water. It has a Boracay like scenery. It is idial for picnics, vacation and holiday outing.

It also has a waterfalls it just 5 to 7 minutes walk from the shore. Jawili Falls has a crystal clear water cascades from basin to basin as if rolling down a giant stairwell. It is surrounded by the forest and endemic flora and fauna.

Another tourist attraction is the Afga Wave-Rock Formation. It has a unique environmental produced wave action on a rocky shore.

This is the tourist attraction of Tangalan, Aklan.
When you go to Boracay try to visit the Tangal to see the natural beauty of nature. :)
