PART I - LaiCebuana on Spartan Trail Cebu

The TREK

My friends planned out a Half day trek on SPARTAN TRAIL (Lai is on the GO! Yay) which is very accessible because it is just located within the Banawa Cebu City and ends at barangay Pamutan, Cebu City where you can choose to pursue to diverse destinations – in the Tisa, Guadalupe or Bocaue peak.

We started at 8: 00 in the morning; actually this is my first time to trek in SPARTAN TRAIL and I’m very curious what inside the trail.

THE CLIMB

It is very difficult to the highest level; I cannot express any word of mouth even it is very powerful, no power can be applied in my situation LOL! Anyways, I can still manage to smile even its tough and getting tougher.

The first level of arising was hard. The sun was burning our skin; the slope was very abrupt and seemed never-ending. I saw myself catching my breath and even started hesitantly on myself if I could endure the succeeding level. Climb high LaiCebuana!

It ended me to realize a lot of things about myself, my persistence and my limitations

Friends plan an adventure with you, good friends listen to your adventures but great friends make adventures with you. With my friends!

I never thought that in arrears of those mountains is a splendid river with a cold and crystal clear water

We take a dip and its very refreshing guys !!

ONE, TWO THREE JUMP! As if the pool is 10 feet hehe. Actually its just 3 feet LOL!

I heard loud noises of motorcycles which signaled an approaching highway. That added inspiration to my tired legs. Like magical, my steps eventually became quicker to move.

Moments later, we finally arrived the place called “Pamutan” and relaxed.

Then we made our way to Brgy. Tisa and enjoyed “Siomai Sa Tisa”. At around 1 PM, we parted our ways and when I arrived home I took a quick shower to submerged my body and rested. That was a long trek yet amazing!
