Anyone know the name of this beautiful flower?

Yesterday, reviewing photos I have stored from years ago, I found this beauty of nature, but I don't know which the name is of this flower.

Do you know it?

I remember that I was impresed by this natural contrast!

I took the photograph at 2010, in the National Botanical Garden of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic where I lived for around two happies years!
