Animals Freezing to Death in Winter Storm!
Seriously! Come on people! How would you like to be left outside in a storm like this!
Maybe that should be their punishment and then jail them afterwards as well! We are talking about a living creature.
It's heartbreaking and yes very hard to read.
Please keep an eye out for any animals left outside and call the authorities if you see someone's pet, you could save it's life!
