The only thing a vet could do is offer euthanasia at this point. Either the dog recovers, dies overnight, or is put down to prevent further suffering. Those are the only options. Our hosts can't afford the thousands of dollars it would cost for anything more. None of us have the finances for that level of pet care. All we can do is what has been done.
