Peter lays out how the government seems to operate in bizzaro world. 'Temporary' government programs never end, and 'permanent' tax cuts never last. I especially love his take on the mess Illinois is in. He also talks about how the price of oil will rise when the dollar falls after the FED acknowledges the weak economy and we go to QE4 and rate cuts.
