hi steemians. Do you love flowers? I know its silly, but unlike other man, I love flowers. When I see some beautiful flowers, I took a photo of it, just like the picture above, as you can see it is a gumamela flower. When I was walking, i notice this gumamela flower. About Gumamela

Gumamela is a bush that develops from one meter up to 4 meters high. Gumamela is otherwise called: Hibiscus, China Rose and Shoeflower. In the Philippines, gumamela is developed as a fancy plant. The gumamela bloom comes in numerous hues: red, yellow, orange, white, purple, pink and other shading blends.

In some parts of the world, Gumamela leaves, usually blended with Rose Hip has long been used as herbal tea. Today, the use of gumamela tea is gaining worldwide popularity - including Asia. Gumamela (Hibiscus) is associated with longevity.

Did you know that gumamela is also a natural drug (herbal medecine)? The leaves and roots of gumamela are utilized for herbal medecine. Gumamela has the accompanying restorative attributes: expectorant, diuretic, emollient, hostile to irresistible, calming, antipyretic, anodyne and refrigerant.

Tips on how to prepare and use gumamela flower:

There are two different ways to use gumamela as natural prescription. One is dried and the other is new. For Dried gumamela, gather the blossom, leaves and additionally roots. Wash, at that point cut into little pieces and sun dry. To use as decoction, heat up the dried gumamela parts (1/4 container dried gumamela in 1 glass of water)

To make a decoction from crisp gumamela, Wash gumamela blossom or potentially leaves, cut into little pieces and bubble (1/3 container in 1 glass of water), let cool and drink.
