They we respond to circumstance really affects not only our own thinking, but that of everyone around us. Every day we have a choice. Are we going to respond or react. Those two can result in two totally different perspectives.
Exactly @captainbob. We have the choice every day to respond in a positive manner. When we do that, it not only impacts our well-being, but the well-being of people around us.
