Conflict

Conflict comes from a feeling of anger, distrust, misunderstanding, dislike, fear as well as from personality classes. It occurs among two or more individuals, groups or organization. It is caused due to the involvement of two parties, due to positive and negative impact, change according to the situation, due to poor coordination, poor leadership.

Conflict plays a varied role in the family by the destruction of family members. In the organization, there is consists number of members they have different mission due to which makes difficult to the right decision. Where there are people the problem or conflict itself will take place. In the society, there is a conflict between people on the name of caste, religion, culture, etc.

Hence, conflict takes place according to change in conditions and situations.
