How Personality Affect The Level Of Failure Or Success

Hello fellow steemian, I will say happy new month to you all, since this is my first topic for the month of October.

The topic am to discuss about is about the different personality attributes posses by an individual and how it has affects individual behavior pattern in making various decision. There are alot of personality attribute which have reduce the level of achievement, some attribute have negative effect on some individuals while some have positive effects. Alot of people have limit their self based on some of these attributes.

The personality attributes posses by different individuals are as follows;
1.locus of control; this is the degree to people control their fate, if theses type of attribute is high in such individual it means such individual have internal locus of control, if it is low it means such individual have external locus of control.
Those that have internal locus believe of control believe strongly that your success is a determinant of your hard work.
While those that have external locus of control don't believe in themselves, they have much believe that some else will do it for them.

2.Machiavellianism; this kind of individual believe that the end is final that is if it work good luck, if does not life goes on.

3.Self esteem; this is the degree to which people like themselves, if this attribute is high you will have a strong feeling that you can do anything, if it is low you will believe you can't do it. They belief in theirself means you know your strength and weakness, but you capitalize in your strength to achieve your goals. In this case, you are able to be accountable to your own actions and take responsibility when faced with failure or mistake.

4.Risk taking; This is usually refer to the willingness to take chances. A risk taker is someone who risks everything in the hope of achievement or accepts greater potential for loss in decisions and tolerates uncertainty.

5.Emotion and mood; emotion are reaction to specific object, action situation or event. While mood are reaction to our emotion about specific object. They universal emotion exhibited by an individual in the form of anger, fear, sadness, happiness, etc.

6.Type A Personality
Always moving, walking, and eating rapidly, feel impatient with the rate at which most events take place.
Strive to think or do two or more things at once, cannot cope with leisure time, are obsessed with numbers, measuring their success in terms of how many or how much of everything they acquire.

7.Type B Personality; never suffer from a sense of time urgency with its accompanying impatience, feel no need to display or discuss either their achievements or accomplishments unless such exposure is demanded by the situation, play for fun and relaxation, rather than to exhibit their superiority at any cost, can relax without guilt.

It should be noted that every individual success or failure in every aspect of life, are influence by the type of the attributes the personnel exhibit. As they are refers to as drives that motivate an individual towards action.
At this point I will say you need to examine your self in other find out the kind of personality you have, evaluate to see if it is the one that can lead you to success or failure.

I believe by the time you must have finished reading this article, you must have in one way or the other know the kind of personality attribute you have, and how you need to work towards them in other bring out the best in you.
