Four Temperaments: 

1. Melancholic 

They are the perfectionist. They are very cautious in everything they do because they get distressed if they fail. They tend to set high standards, very organized and the excessive planners. They easily get hurt because of their perfectionistic tendencies. In some words, they are the fragile ones. These people are also creative when it comes to poerty, arts and invention. They are also the independent and introverted individuals. 

2. Phlegmatic 

The peacemakers. They are the ones who are calm and relaxed. They are submissive. They are eager to please and gives in easily. They are good followers of the law since they don’t want any conflict to arise. 

3. Sanguine 

Sanguines are the lively, optimistic and socially extroverted. They are those who are loud and loves to mingle with other people. Sanguines are fun lovers too. Most of the time they love the spotlight, the attention. They are often performers and group entertainers. Sanguines are bubbly and high-spirited people. They can be great motivators too. 

4. Choleric 

The alphas. Cholerics are called the dominants. They are driven to be always on top and wanted to lead. They love competing but hates losing. They have boosting confidence and speak whatever is in their mind. If confronted, they’ll make sure they are greater than anyone they are arguing with and assert that they are right. Cholerics are strong-willed. They sometimes tend to get rude and tactless but they could be great motivators.
