Well said! When we rest,our body functions optimally.
Yesterday my eyes were so heavy from stress, I tried to sleep in the afternoon but sleep dint come. So I decided to either blog here or see a movie. But hell no, I couldn't do any of these productively cos I was so stressed. I just lay on my bed and after a long while I slept off. When I woke up, I was so refreshed and energized.
Stress is inevitable, but it can sure be managed.

Thanks, dear! Stress can really weigh down our potentials but when we are able to adequately manage it, we will be able to function at our best.
