What to do when you feel that nothing works for you?

  1. Take a deep breath.
  2. Accept it's okay to feel that way. Everyone has their own problems, no matter how big or small.
  3. Take a bath with the hottest water you can take. It is proven by NASA to free you from all sins.
  4. Watch a series/film that makes you feel good.
  5. Write. Sing. Cry. Exercise yourself. Whatever it is that gets you off your chest. Everyone has their own method.
  6. Make a list. What else can you do? What can you change? Where can you improve?
  7. Do one thing that makes you feel productive. Like the day's worth it.
  8. Be patient. Good things take time.
  9. Rely on your belief. Be God, Allah, meditation, Oprah. Anything at all. But something that makes you feel in control.
  10. Talk to people who give you good vibes. You don't need people who are constantly bringing you down in your life.
  11. Focus on your art. Find a distracting hobby.
  12. Don't take it out on the people who love you. They're the ones who are going to get you through it.
  13. But the most important thing. Be clear that this moment will pass. There's no harm that lasts 100 years and no body that can resist it.
