While I'm with you that people are becoming impatient, I think it's better to try increase patience... than trying to fuel impatience with automated replies...
I don't know what you offer (the website only shows your schedule), But I imagine you offer bots? or just advice? either way, making a schedule for poeple to talk with them is great!! I can't do that (even if I made a schedule with you I probably won't come to you in time).
