Standing Up For Your No

I have a tendency to be a peace keeper and people pleaser. So saying no and sticking to it has been something I am bad at.

However I am starting to pay more attention to my own patterns and those of the people in my life. I am working in saying no, meaning it, and standing up to pressure to change my mind.

This is a bigger battle than one might think.
