to say nothing of

چه رسد به …، به‌طور بدیهی

Cardiovascular disease is far less common in France than in the United States, despite the French affection for cheese and creamy sauces (to say nothing of cigarette smoking). (Richard Johnson, The Sugar Fix)

بیماری قلبی-عروقی در فرانسه شیوع خیلی کمتری نسبت به ایالات متحده دارد، علیرغم علاقه‌ی فرانسوی‌ها به پنیر و سس‌های پرچربی (و از آن بدتر کشیدن سیگار).

مترادف آن needless to say است. اصطلاح to say nothing of در جمله‌های منفی به کار می‌رود و در جمله‌های مثبت برای بیان معنایی شبیه آن از عبارت‌هایی مانند It is needless to say that …‎‏ یا It goes without saying that …‎‏ استفاده می‌شود.

I still must be doing something wrong. I try so hard to find something that matches your example: to say nothing of چه رسد به …، به‌طور بدیهی, but I just don't see anything that matches. It should be matching, right?

Such idioms are expressed in different ways in various languages. You shouldn't expect a one-to-one correspondence. Besides, I have provided two translations for this one in the title.
