"Plague" has happened in Tirana, urbans come late, citizens refuse to pay the ticket

They were involved in numerous debates with the fatorinon, as the cause was delayed around an hour's bus.

According to the citizens this situation is repeated every weekend with buses of this line, which fail to preserve the frequency specified in the agreement.

Although they had a lot of debate with the fatorinon they did not accept this injustice by not paying the ticket price.
