RE: Cocoloco - How To Make Homemade Coconut Oil
oh that's very interesting. I don't know anything about avocado seed oil, is it as healthy as coconut oil?

Too right! It's super healthy actually: https://www.curejoy.com/content/avocado-seed-benefits/
In fact, you can use this method mashing the pulp of the avocado too, to make avocado oil!
thank you so much @permieemmy for the information! Do you grow alot of your own food, are you in the country?
I try to wherever I am. I'm in Bangkok right now and I'm trying to grow on my balcony but it's hard. I think it's to do with the pollution if I'm honest, which is a real shame. Do you grow your own food?
You are not a citizen of Thailand?
Don't they have alot of good fresh produce there?
How bad is the pollution? that is sad to hear, not healthy to be there long.
No my wife and I don't grow our own food at the moment but perhaps in the
future. thanks so much for responding back!
No I'm from the U.K. Yes there's some great stuff here especially outside the city. There's an amazing project in the north called Panya, they have a great documentary called Seeds of Permaculture, you should check it out.
Give it a go! Try indoor If you don't have much space!
thanks for the recommendation on the documentary.
If you are from the U.K. what are you doing there if I may ask?
We have space, 15 acres in North Texas but we have so
many other projects going that we don't have time.
I'm in Bangkok currently and I grow on my balcony. I'm off to Spain soon and then I'll see what they have there and likely grow in my garden. Gaia's Garden, the book, has some great ways for you to fit little projects in little amounts of time around your life. I work full time and I always fit little bits in here and there. Intermittent permaculture!
howdy @permieemmy so you are off to Spain next..what in the world do you do for a living? Intermittent permaculture huh? I like that. thank you!
