Always in the same Iraq, Afghanistan, Egypt, Libya. What is the ISIS for the United States. If they do not support resources, dries, land, air strokes will remain ISIS.
For the sake of freedom, the people who rebelled against their state, the lands occupied for the sake of freedom, the civil war with the promise of democracy, the occupied countries, who has the crime here?

Is it the peoples who want freedom, or are they rebelling against their state, or are they losing their country, or are they the imperialist powers that retreat, surrender and deliver countries with the promise of freedom? These are the only countries responsible for the crime of humanity and appear to be the so-called libertarian and human rights defenders.
