Are we doomed to repeat the pass because it worked for a generation who didn’t have their foot in door. Will failure , poverty, mistrust, and the lack of education control our destiny. No, we will stand by this until the voice is heard. Taking a live is not a law enforcement officer right but his ability. He is in-powered with these ability’s to ensure the safety of the public. Here is the tricky part engaging po po when he is in apprehend mode is very dangerous. So what we do? One thing is change the way officer see a crime scene. Introduce better ways to approach a scene. and use the detective, people react differently to officers in a suit then in a uniform. These thing may work but here is the kicker to train the entire police force for each state and each branch can take time but to hear some one say that they are doing something to that effect instead of “we are looking into”. We need more positive thinking to clam the citizens and officers. It,s sad that officers don’t have a shorter retirement age, can we work something out.
