When we clime down from our ivory towers we forget that we are only human and that we can’t control everything that we encounter. We must stop and think before we make a decision to act with aggression to do your job remember will this action help the person you intending to act on, or the public the act may impact ,or yourself. Think of everyone involve before you be the one to make a scene and please remember people are scared and kids are too. Be a comfort not a terror we are not the enemy.
