Integral health, implies an adequate care of our body and therefore of our life, that is to say the balance that is had in the consumption of the necessary nutrients for the organism, combining it with the necessary exercises so that the body evolves according to the age that we have.

The nutrients are vital for all human beings, a balanced diet will allow the performance of the body, since it has the "raw material" necessary for the energy processing that is required. Since, you need a diet from plants, animals and fungi that allow processing and transformation into what is really necessary for the body, such as vitamins, proteins, minerals, carbohydrates (simple and complex), fats and oils. However, it is uphill to have a balanced diet when you do not have the necessary food at hand.

That is why it is important to recognize and learn the nutrients contained in different foods, and through the colors of the rainbow you can learn what our body requires to have an integral health.

Foods rich in carbohydrates are represented by the color yellow, these supply our body with vitamins such as B, iron, calcium and fiber; These foods are grains, cereals, tubers and bananas.

In the blue color we will have foods rich in vitamins A and C, as well as fiber (which helps excellent intestinal functioning), these foods are fruits and vegetables.

The green color is for vitamins A, D, B1, B12, iron and calcium, provided by red, white, eggs and dairy meats.

Violet understands, oils and fats should be included in our diet in a controlled manner, since excessive use can cause obesity (and is not what you want, remember you need a comprehensive health), these foods provide fatty acids essentials and vitamins (A, D, E, K).

The immediate energy to our body is provided by the sugars, honey (or the case of Venezuela papelón); but it is important to clarify that fruits and vegetables also have these nutrients. And they are represented by red

Remember to combine food with physical exercises, such as walking, jogging, prickle ... or what you're passionate about ... a bike ride, the important thing is to forget sedentary lifestyle. In addition, exercise relaxes your body and disconnects you from the social routine.

In addition, it must be considered that for the existence of a comprehensive health, a balanced diet is included (with all groups), for example in Venezuela, to apply a healthy diet requires 50% of carbohydrates, 30% of fats and oils, 13% proteins and 7% sugars.
