Reflection on Pen Spinning
Back in highschool I was a competitive pen spinner. Some people I talk to don't know what pen spinning even is. If you're curious you should watch one of my videos
I was 16 when I first started spinning. I practiced daily for a year and a half. I stopped when I graduated highschool like many spinners do. Its curious how pursuing something like spinning can affect your life, many years done the road.
For example when I moved to Vancouver 10 weeks ago one of my classmates was friends with a spinner. I met a lot of cool people because I spin.
It also has given me the confidence in learning things. The skills you learn while growing in a community are useful in any environment.
People also seem shocked that there is a community of spinners, but such is my life...
