Peercoin has nothing to do with Peerplays. Checkout www.peerplays.com to get your PPY tokens.
Yes, I know now, I did buy PPY in the crowdfund but unable to claim it :(
You can claim it now. You just have to install the core wallet, sign up, and follow the instructions.
