I've written about Gutman and the State Department coverup a few times. The State Department acting Inspector General, Geisel, attempted to conceal the results of internal investigations. Sections of preliminary reports were omitted from Geisel's final report in an attempt to whitewash the incident. Senior Clinton staffers Patrick Kennedy and Cheryl Mills also moved aggressively to cover up the matter.

Ambassador Gutman is said to have, "slipped security detail to solicit sex from minor children". This is reportedly to have occurred in a public park in Brussels.
