Makes sense in the context that they would void the test transactions for Pizza - which could just be a reference to the username of pizza. They could just be using that as an example product, i.e., widgets, but does seem suspect, once again, that the word pizza is used in a context referring to something other than something made from dough, sauce and cheese..
