Here is will write about the odd case of Marc Dutroux in Belgium. He was a supplier of children to elite pedophiles. He was on welfare yet owned many homes some of these children were found in these home 2 alive. I will post links and give rundowns. I do this mostly for my local readers to show them what really happens when no one does anything to stop it. A club owner Jean-Michel Nihoule was a major player and would organize parties where children were sexually abused and exploited by the wealthy and politics in order to comprimise them. Yet he only did 5 years.

The video shows how Marc Dutroux was enabled to commit these crimes as he was a suspect and was supposed to be under surveilience while girls continued to go missing.Even though Marc Dutroux was receiving state benefits (welfare) he owned 5 houses 1 of which had 2 children buried on the property.

Here we have an article stating that his wife got 30 years in jail while Marc got life in jail for their role in a pedophile ring that kidnapped raped and murdered children. And he states he was just a cog in a pedophile ring. Most of the clients got away with their crimes against children.
