The Gaston County Sheriff’s Office says 54-year-old Jonathan Conrad Busch of Mooresville, North Carolina is charged with two counts each of statutory rape of a child under the age of 15 and indecent liberties with a child.
Gastonia Police Officer R.S. Lewis said in an arrest warrant the indecent liberties and statutory rape charges involved the same girl and occurred between June and September 2016.
According to WCNC-TV, Busch's case has ties to former New York congressman Anthony Weiner's federal sexting scandal back in 2016. The name of the minor in Busch's case matches the minor's name in the former congressman's sexting case.
Iredell-Statesville Schools Superintendent Brady Johnson told NBC Charlotte that none of Busch's crimes occurred on the high school's campus nor did they involve any current or former students at the school.
According to the school system, Busch worked at Lake Norman High School for almost 15 years as a social studies teacher.
Bob Leonard, a local resident who lives just up the road from Busch's Mooresville house, told WCNC-TV that he never spoke with him. As a grandfather, Leonard said the criminal charges concerned him.
"It's just a little disturbing that we learn more about this," Leonard said. "The advice I'd have to people is to pay attention and get involved and know what your kids are doing."
Busch was arrested and released on a $20,000 bond. He's scheduled to appear in district court on Monday, according to WCNC-TV.

Busch was arrested and charged with statutory rape of a child under 15 and indecent liberties with a child. He was booked into jail in Gaston County Thursday, but records show he bonded out later the same day.
Iredell-Statesville School officials confirmed Busch, a social studies teacher, resigned this week. He was hired by the school system on July 31, 2003.

Arrest Warrants for Mr. Busch said that while Mr. Weiner’s scandal was capturing headlines, the ex-teacher, then 52, was having sex with the same teenager.

Very quickly for connections let's take a quick look at just a little of Erik Prince's background.
Prince was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy via Officer Candidate School in 1992. He went on to become a Navy SEAL and deployed with SEAL Team 8 to Haiti, the Middle East, and the Balkans. He credits the SEALs for being an outlet for his entrepreneurial spirit. In his autobiography he states that during the Yugoslav Wars in the early 1990s, he realized that there was a need for private training facilities for special operations.
Prince moved to Virginia Beach and personally financed the formation of Blackwater Worldwide in 1997. He bought 6,000 acres (24 km2) of the Great Dismal Swamp of North Carolina and set up a school for special operations.[20] The name "Blackwater" comes from the peat-colored bogs in which the school is located.
Prince credits the 1994 Rwandan genocide with his decision to start Blackwater. He later said, "It really bothered me. It made me realize you can't sit back and pontificate. You have to act."
From 1997 to 2010, Blackwater was awarded $2 billion in government security contracts, more than $1.6 billion of which were unclassified federal contracts and an unknown amount of classified work. From 2001 to 2010, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) awarded up to $600 million in classified contracts to Blackwater and its affiliates. It became the largest of the State Department's three private security companies, providing 987 guards for embassies and bases abroad.
Prince, according to author Robert Young Pelton, reportedly thinks of Blackwater's relationship to the military as something similar to FedEx's relationship to the U.S. Post Office: "an efficient, privatized solution to sclerotic and wasteful government bureaucracy." He credits his father's competitive streak in the automotive business with the inspiration to design a lighter, faster army.
He sold the company to a group of investors in 2010.

Prince began by saying he had no problem believing reports that the FBI was highly confident multiple foreign agencies hacked Hillary Clinton’s private email server.
“I mean, it’s not like the foreign intelligence agencies leave a thank-you note after they’ve hacked and stolen your data,” Prince said to SiriusXM host Alex Marlow.
Prince claimed he had insider knowledge of the investigation that could help explain why FBI Director James Comey had to announce he was reopening the investigation into Clinton’s email server last week.
“Because of Weinergate and the sexting scandal, the NYPD started investigating it. Through a subpoena, through a warrant, they searched his laptop, and sure enough, found those 650,000 emails. They found way more stuff than just more information pertaining to the inappropriate sexting the guy was doing,” Prince claimed.
“They found State Department emails. They found a lot of other really damning criminal information, including money laundering, including the fact that Hillary went to this sex island with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Bill Clinton went there more than 20 times. Hillary Clinton went there at least six times,” he said.
“The amount of garbage that they found in these emails, of criminal activity by Hillary, by her immediate circle, and even by other Democratic members of Congress was so disgusting they gave it to the FBI, and they said, ‘We’re going to go public with this if you don’t reopen the investigation and you don’t do the right thing with timely indictments,’” Prince explained.
“I believe – I know, and this is from a very well-placed source of mine at 1PP, One Police Plaza in New York – the NYPD wanted to do a press conference announcing the warrants and the additional arrests they were making in this investigation, and they’ve gotten huge pushback, to the point of coercion, from the Justice Department, with the Justice Department threatening to charge someone that had been unrelated in the accidental heart attack death of Eric Garner almost two years ago. That’s the level of pushback the Obama Justice Department is doing against actually seeking justice in the email and other related criminal matters,” Prince said.
“There’s five different parts of the FBI conducting investigations into these things, with constant downdrafts from the Obama Justice Department. So in the, I hope, unlikely and very unfortunate event that Hillary Clinton is elected president, we will have a constitutional crisis that we have not seen since, I believe, 1860,” Prince declared.
Marlow asked Prince to clarify these revelations.
“NYPD was the first one to look at that laptop,” Prince elaborated. “Weiner and Huma Abedin, his wife – the closest adviser of Hillary Clinton for 20 years – have both flipped. They are cooperating with the government. They both have – they see potential jail time of many years for their crimes, for Huma Abedin sending and receiving and even storing hundreds of thousands of messages from the State Department server and from Hillary Clinton’s own homebrew server, which contained classified information. Weiner faces all kinds of exposure for the inappropriate sexting that was going on and for other information that they found.”
“So NYPD first gets that computer. They see how disgusting it is. They keep a copy of everything, and they pass a copy on to the FBI, which finally pushes the FBI off their chairs, making Comey reopen that investigation, which was indicated in the letter last week. The point being, NYPD has all the information, and they will pursue justice within their rights if the FBI doesn’t,” Prince contended.
“There is all kinds of criminal culpability through all the emails they’ve seen of that 650,000, including money laundering, underage sex, pay-for-play, and, of course, plenty of proof of inappropriate handling, sending/receiving of classified information, up to SAP level Special Access Programs,” he stated.
“So the plot thickens. NYPD was pushing because, as an article quoted one of the chiefs – that’s the level just below commissioner – he said as a parent, as a father with daughters, he could not let that level of evil continue,” Prince said.
He noted that the FBI can investigate these matters, “but they can’t convene a grand jury. They can’t file charges.”
“The prosecutors, the Justice Department has to do that,” he explained. “Now, as I understand it, Preet Bharara, the Manhattan prosecutor, has gotten ahold of some of this. From what I hear, he’s a stand-up guy, and hopefully he does the right thing.”
Marlow agreed that Bharara’s “sterling reputation” as a determined prosecutor was “bad news for the Clintons.”
Prince agreed, but said, “If people are willing to bend or break the law and don’t really care about the Constitution or due process – if you’re willing to use Stalinist tactics against someone – who knows what level of pressure” could be brought to bear against even the most tenacious law enforcement officials?
“The point being, fortunately, it’s not just the FBI; [there are] five different offices that are in the hunt for justice, but the NYPD has it as well,” Prince said, citing the Wall Street Journal reporting that has “exposed downdraft, back pressure from the Justice Department” against both the FBI and NYPD, in an effort to “keep the sunlight and the disinfecting effects of the truth and transparency from shining on this great evil that has gone on, and is slowly being exposed.”
“The Justice Department is trying to run out the clock, to elect Hillary Clinton, to prevent any real justice from being done,” he warned.
As for the mayor of New York City, Prince said he has heard that “de Blasio wants to stay away from this.”
“The evidence is so bad, the email content is so bad, that I think even he wants to stay away from it, which is really telling,” he said.
Prince reported that the other legislators involved in the case “have not been named yet,” and urged the NYPD to hold a press conference and name them.
“I wish they’d do it today,” he said. “These are the unusual sliding-door moments of history, that people can stand up and be counted, and make a real difference, and to save a Republic, save a Constitution that we actually need and love, that our forefathers fought and died for. For any cop that is aware of this level of wrongdoing, and they have veterans in their family, or deceased veterans in their family, they owe it to them to stand up, to stand and be counted today, and shine the light of truth on this great evil.”
“From what I understand, up to the commissioner or at least the chief level in NYPD, they wanted to have a press conference, and DOJ, Washington people, political appointees have been exerting all kinds of undue pressure on them to back down,” he added.
Marlow suggested that some of those involved in keeping the details quiet might want to avoid accusations of politicizing the case and seeking to influence the presidential election.
“Sure, that’s it. That’s the argument for it,” Prince agreed. “But the fact is, you know that if the Left had emails pointing to Donald Trump visiting, multiple times, an island with underage sex slaves basically, emails, you know they’d be talking about it. They’d be shouting it from the rooftops.”
“This kind of evil, this kind of true dirt on Hillary Clinton – look, you don’t have to make any judgments. Just release the emails,” he urged. “Just dump them. Let them out there. Let people see the light of truth.”
Prince dismissed the claims of people like Clinton campaign CEO John Podesta and DNC chair Donna Brazile that some of the damaging emails already released by WikiLeaks were fabricated, noting that “forensic analysis done shows that, indeed, they are not fabricated; they are really legitimate.”
“This is stuff coming right off a hard drive that was owned by Weiner and his wife Huma Abedin, Hillary’s closest adviser for the last 20 years,” he said of the new bombshells. “This is not from some hacker or anybody else. This is a laptop seized from a warrant in a criminal investigation.”
Prince confirmed that based on his information, Abedin is most likely looking at jail time, unless she cuts a deal with prosecutors.
“There’s a minimum of obstruction of justice and all kinds of unlawful handling of classified information,” he said. “Because remember, this laptop was in the possession of Weiner, who did not have a security clearance. And many, many of those emails were from her Yahoo account, which had State Department emails forwarded to them, so she could easier print these messages, scan them, and send them on to Hillary. That’s the carelessness that Hillary and her staff had for the classified information that the intelligence community risks life and limb to collect in challenged, opposed areas around the world.”

Indictment
Two sources “with intimate knowledge of the FBI investigations into the Clinton emails and the Clinton Foundation” told Fox News’ Bret Baier an indictment is “likely” in the Clinton Foundation influence peddling scandal.
The only impediment would be “some obstruction in some way” from the Justice Department.
The big question for the Clinton campaign, and the country, would then be whether any indictment comes down before the election on Nov. 8.
Clearly they used all of their subterfuge and co-conspirators connections to keep them free. ..Mueller, Comey, McCabe just to name a few.
Server hacked
Another bombshell from those sources was a “99 percent” probability the private email server Clinton used for official business as secretary of state was hacked by at least five foreign intelligence agencies.
The sources also reported that those foreign agencies did obtain information from Clinton’s server.
Clinton Foundation investigation
In addition to reporting the likelihood of an indictment in the inquiry, Fox’s sources said investigators are “actively and aggressively” looking into the Clinton Foundation.
They said the investigation is “far more expansive than anybody has reported so far,” it has been underway for more than a year and is a “very high priority.”
Contrary to previous reports, the sources said the laptops of former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills, and other top aide Heather Samuelson, definitely have not been destroyed. As part of an immunity agreement, the FBI had agreed to destroy those laptops after its first, but more narrowly focused, review.
A source noted those immunity deals would have been revoked if the recipients were found to have lied during the investigation.
Agents are reportedly scouring the laptops for evidence of pay-for-play, or influence peddling, by the former secretary of state and the Clinton Foundation.
The investigation is so expansive that agents have re-interviewed numerous people about case and interviewed other key figures for the first time.
Agents reported they gathered “a lot” of evidence even before the WikiLeaks disclosure and “there is an avalanche of new information coming every day.” Some of the fresh information is coming from WikiLeaks, some from new emails.
The Foundation investigation is reportedly being done by the white collar crime and public corruption branch of the FBI’s criminal investigative division.
Email investigation
The investigation into classified emails on Clinton’s server and her aides’ devices is reportedly being run by the FBI’s National Security division.
As CBS confirmed on Thursday, FBI agents reportedly found previously undiscovered emails they believe came from Clinton’s server on the laptop of Anthony Weiner.
Significantly, they say the emails are not duplicates, meaning they are emails investigators have not seen before.
Equally significant, the sources in the original report said some emails may contain classified information.
The special team of computer analysts looking for new evidence, including classified information, are reportedly using software developed by FBI forensic experts that eliminates duplicates (emails the department has already seen) and allows investigators to focus on new, previously unseen material.
According to Fox, once new records are identified, investigators review the contents of those emails, then send them to intelligence agencies for final classification.
Treason
The chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee accused Hillary Clinton of treason on Thursday.
Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, said that was because Clinton had exposed sensitive information to foreign government hackers.
“She exposed it to our enemies, and now … our adversaries have this very sensitive information that not only jeopardizes her and national security at home, but the men and women serving overseas,” he charged.
“In my opinion, quite frankly, it’s treason,” said McCaul.
He continued, “The concern I’ve had all along is she has had seven special access programs on these devices. Those are the most classified, sensitive secrets in the federal government — many of them covert operations.”
“She took those devices overseas against the State Department’s wishes, and now we find out — and (FBI Director) James Comey told me previously — that it’s very likely that foreign adversary nations got into her private server,” McCaul concluded.

Clinton deleted classified email
The Daily Caller reported evidence that one of the 33,000 emails Clinton deleted, which she claimed were personal notes about yoga and weddings, was actually classified information sent to her daughter Chelsea.
The email chain released by the State Department on Friday was recovered by the FBI from Clinton’s private email server.
The contents of the email are redacted because it has information classified as “Confidential” and contains foreign government information.
The chain began with Michael Froman, who was deputy assistant to President Obama and deputy national security adviser for international economic affairs, and was sent to Jake Sullivan, Clinton’s foreign policy adviser at the State Department, and several Obama aides. Sullivan sent it to Hillary Clinton, who forwarded it to Chelsea, under the fake name “Diane Reynolds.”
The Sate Department called the email a “near duplicate” to one it had released earlier, the difference being Clinton deleted the response to her daughter.
The significance of that, as the Daily Caller noted, is Chelsea “is and was a private citizen with no government role and no apparent security clearances.”
Meet with Bill for $100,000
The Daily Caller found a WikiLeaks email suggesting the price of a meeting with Bill Clinton was $100,00 or more.
A memo from Dec. 7, 2012 showed one businessman paid $100,000 and another paid $140,00 for a “Meeting with WJC,” which stands for William Jefferson Clinton.
The man who paid $140,000 for the meeting, Joe Kiani, the founder of medical device maker Masimo, went on to pay Clinton $630,000 for speeches he gave in 2013 and 2014.
Kiani's family is from Shiraz, Iran.
Kiani announced a patient safety initiative at a Clinton Global Initiative summit in 2013, which the former president praised.
But the Daily Caller reported “those efforts have come under scrutiny” ever since 2014, when NPR publicized a Food and Drug Administration report accusing Masimo of “failing to investigate dozens of claims about defective devices.”

She worked in Chicago which is notorious for crime infestation and a Democratic, corrupt leadership which has done nothing to help the people requesting help for decades in the inner city.
