Back in '78 she was married to a man who was accused of pedophilia.

Bertram Feinstein, deceased husband of current Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA) was accused of pedophilia by 2 neighbors in early 1978. While the case was investigated by local authorities, Mr. Feinstein died before the investigation could be completed.

Details of the charges had been sealed until a recent anonymous employee of the San Francisco, CA County Clerk’s Office forwarded the records to CNN and MSNBC. Diane Feinstein was an up and coming state representative at the time and eventually became San Francisco’s Mayor after the tragic events in November 1978 involving Mr. George Moscone (and Harvey Milk), the former being Mayor of San Francisco at the time and the story was supposedly quashed by a senior Democrat Aide to then-Mayor Moscone who was later assassinated.

It was suggested by an anonymous source that the assassination was an attempt to deflect the charges that Mrs. Feinstein was aware of and condoned her husband’s alleged sexual predator activities against young children. The FBI and CBI has allegedly refused to comment on the allegations or the request for any information about their possible investigation in 1979.

Records appear to be sealed and requests under The Freedom of Information Act appear to have received little to no attention. AN anonymous spokesman did reveal, however, that Ms. Feinstein, did admit to enjoying the company of any children resembling the characters in the Peanuts comics. "Her daughter, Kathryn used to tell stories, in social groups, about her mom that were not flattering. At one point,
she and her Mom were on the outs. Some San Francisco Bay Guardian, and SF Weekly, newspaper staff were
Kathryn’s same age, traveled in the same circles, and were privy to some of these conversations. This put an
early watch on Feinstein.

prepared her Senate plans. She had set Molinari up to take over, for her, as her Mayor, with her administrator:
Roger Boas, as the back-up plan mayoral candidate.

Both of her candidates not only lost, but Roger Boas went to federal prison for corruption, racketeering and
prostitution scandals and John Molinari was removed from politics and placed under federal surveillance. His
daughter filed a police report against him for abuse, and she had to be removed from his home and taken to a
secure children’s center, on California Street in San Francisco, for protection.

Molinari was also found to have lied about his place of residence during his campaign. Boas was charged with involvement in an under-age
prostitution ring for San Francisco elites. The British “Hydrant” investigations into a global political elite
pedophile ring, have now tracked back to Senator Dennis Hastert, campaign backer Jeffrey Epstein, Senator

Graham, Nick Denton (Who interacted with the British suspects in BOTH the British “Hydrant” and British
“Tabloid Phone Hacking” investigations), and other members of Congress. A recent Chinese hack of ALL federal
employee background checks, has put the sexual interests of all of Congress at risk.

When the Toyota NUMMI plant was going to go out of business, Feinstein’s Chief of Staff contacted anyone
who tried to use the building and warned them to “back off” and/or threatened other California competitors with
“political problems” if they got in the way."

After looking through Bertram's information and seeing his photo, I have to say, it seems there is only a pair of glasses standing between him and the Zodiac Killer.

There are those who feel this zodiac letter contains their own cryptic code with Bertram and Dianne's name.

Prior to that, back in 1995, Feinstein -- as the then-Mayor of San Francisco -- stood before live TV cameras and completely disclosed intentionally withheld information about the famed Night Stalker serial killer case. Her release of that information may have actually delayed the eventual arrest of Richard Ramirez, by forcing him to move back to Los Angeles where he was able to kill again.

Investigators are now planning to use DNA found at one of the Zodiac Killer's suspected crime scenes to reveal the murderer's true face.

'It's probably the greatest American unsolved serial killing case,' cold case detective Ken Mains told Fox News. 'I'm very confident it can be solved.'

Mains believes the killer's DNA has been obtained from the scene of the grisly murder of 18-year-old student Cheri Jo Bates as seen in this photo.

Bates was attacked, stabbed to death and nearly beheaded on October 30, 1966, while leaving the library at Riverside Community College.

'During the examination of Bates' clothing, I discovered, without a doubt, two bloody handprints at the bottom of her pants,' Mains said.

Evading capture, he taunted police by sending clues to local Bay Area press in the form of cryptograms.

In one of those letters, he identified himself as 'Zodiac' and began using the Celtic cross symbol used on Zodiac-brand watches.

Though police linked him to five murders and two survivors, he boasted of at least 37 victims in his letters to the press.

However, six months after her death, her father, the local police and the Press-Enterprise all received letters signed 'Z' with the message 'She had to die there will be more'.

Riverside police maintain that her death was not a Zodiac case, and say that at most the real killer was trying to falsely claim credit for her killing.

Although the Zodiac Killer claimed to have killed as many as 37 people in his letters to local newspapers, police have only linked five murders - and two other injuries - to him.

On December 20, 1968, David Arthur Faraday, 17, and Betty Lou Jensen, 16, were on their first date when they pulled over into a lovers' lane on Lake Herman Road in Benicia. There, they were forced from the car by a killer and Faraday was shot in the head. Jensen began to run away but was shot multiple times in the back.

On July 4, 1969, Michael Renault Mageau, 19, and Darlene Elizabeth Ferrin, 22, were in the parking lot of Blue Rock Springs Park in Vallejo - 4 miles from the first crime scene - when they were shot 'to pieces', according to the investigator. But while Ferrin was pronounced dead on arrival, Mageau survived being shot in the face, neck and chest.

On September 27, 1969, Bryan Calvin Hartnell, 20, and Cecelia Ann Shepard, 22, were having a picnic at Lake Berryessa in Napa County when they were approached by a hooded man who bound and stabbed them. Hartnell survived eight stab wounds to his back, but Shepard died two days later.

On October 11, 1969, cab driver Paul Lee Stine, 29, picked up a passenger and drove him to Presidio Heights - where he was shot in the back of the head and robbed. The killer also ripped part of Stine's shirt, which he later sent with a letter to a local newspaper.

Four other victims and one other escapee have been connected to the Zodiac Killer, but none have been confirmed.
