THREE NORTHERN-SOUTHERN HEMISPHERIC GOVERNMENTS: Let’s Change Economies of World!

I’ve concluded three large entity northern-southern hemispheric governments could co-exist better and organize the needs of the world better, with each larger entity supporting smaller state governments. Hey, it's only a suggestion -- I'm not in charge--lol!
More and more, despite its extensive military presence, the US is becoming irrelevant in many parts of Lower Asia, the Stan region, certainly the Upper Middle East. America soon will no longer easily rely on Eruope, India or Australia as its big dogs across the pond. Europe especially will eventually have to make a choice as the Eurasian alliance of Russia and China evolves enormously via the One Belt, One Road (OBOR) green infrastructure and banking project to reopen the ancient Silk Road land and sea trading routes. This project more recently has been described as the Belt, Road Initiative (BRI).
Perhaps Europe with Russia should economically team with Middle Eastern and African nations; China should economically team with all of Asia and Australia; and the US should team with North, South and Latin Americas. Why not govern in accordance with the world map? The United Nations would remain but the Security Council would consist of The Big Three, with a larger rotating multi-nation lower council to serve as guidance. The UN should be moved from New York City to Jerusalem to bring integrity and economy to Palestinians and help end that long burgeoning conflict.
America should begin advocating for its economy to involve open borders and open trade among all nations within its Northern and Southern hemispheric alliance. America needs to become a leader where it counts and begin governing by and for the economic needs of the people rather than promulgating the current system of worldwide military hegemony that only benefits a powerful few wealthy families.
In essence, my proposal would create three powerful economic systems of government which would trade with each other and help to strengthen each other, rather than compete against each other with military action as the means to resolve dispute. It’s time to make the world a better place, nobody's happy with the way it is now!
