My Game Plan
I have been wanting to do this for a long time now... I picked out all of the parts and now I can show you guys what my I want in my PC. I'm going to buy parts one at a time, then after I while I will have it 100% assembled. The I will get my older brother to help me for it and I will post about which of the parts come in and the building process. I hope that I will get it together soon and without further a do, here is the parts that I want for my PC...

This looks like a great build for the money. It should last you a long time once it's finished and you'll have great fun putting it together. Are you planning on using it mostly for steeming or do you handle graphics and play games as well?
One thing I might recommend adding, if you can, is a small solid state drive to hold your operating system and programs. It's absolutely incredible how much faster things load and launch with one, and it doesn't have to be big. A 128 GB SSD runs around $35 on Amazon or Newegg. The other benefit is that you can save all your data to the bigger, slower mechanical drive, and if you ever upgrade to a different computer you can just take that drive out and pop it in the new one without having to transfer all your files.
