aww this is so frustrating. This shall serve as a reminder to everyone. i am using paypal too before during bubblews time and i registered my real information there. I also used RCBC Mywallet visa card for my bank account.
The problem with my account, i cant provide documents to lift up my limited issue. Since i am not using my own name there.
it's really better to use your other family member's name incase you really need to create another acct
