Hi, this is familiar to me. I once downloaded a Mobile Scanner app and used it, but forgot about it and it took me almost 8 months to get paid and I didn't realise why. It almost always happens when the developer company is Google Glority LLC. As they almost always do a free subscription which then unknowingly changes to a paid subscription. I recommend reading how to cancel google glority. It's really too necessary these days, as you can see:)
