The second one did some cut and paste work from a couple sources. I still upvoted it (at a much smaller rate), but watch out for posts like this. Pretty much if someone writes that is a list style odds seem to be very high it's stolen contest. Next time I'll ask you to replace the person that has stolen content.

Also a dead giveaway for stolen content is photos which come from sites that aren't known to give permission to use their photos freely. This post's photos across the board are stolen without permission. People don't understand the potential impact of this and feel they can take photos from anywhere, but it's illegal and violates copyright law.

Almost everyone that takes part in the contest has done this exact thing featuring a post with stolen content so don't feel bad. It happens. Over time you start to notice little things which alert you that it's likely a post which is plagiarized.
